1. Surplus Standard Lead Time:
1.1 Stark Surplus will make every attempt to ship same day for all orders placed before 3 PM CST Monday through Friday. For all orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, Stark Surplus will make every attempt to ship the following Monday.
2. Payment for goods and payment of applicable taxes:
2.1 Customer represents that any supplied credit card or similar information is true and correct and customer has all proper rights in same, that all charges will be honored by customer's credit card company and that it will pay all credit card fees as charged.
2.2 Customer shall also pay all applicable sales tax. Customer shall indemnify, defend and hold Stark Surplus and its personnel harmless against any claims against some or all of them in relation hereto.
3. Minimum Order Charge
3.1 In order to maintain a high quality process there is a $10.00 minimum order required.
